These Terms of Service apply to video production, filming, photography, editing, and related services provided by Frame Drop.

1. Services and Quotations

The scope of work, deliverables, schedule, and fees will be agreed upon with the client before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional fees or changes to the delivery schedule.

2. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the relevant quotation or service agreement. Any applicable expenses, including transportation or other agreed costs, will be communicated to the client in advance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should notify Frame Drop as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Any cancellation fees or additional costs will be handled according to the terms agreed upon in the relevant quotation or service agreement.

4. Delivery and Revisions

Deliverables and estimated delivery dates will be agreed upon in advance. Any included revisions will be specified in the quotation or service agreement. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Copyright and usage rights for completed work will be agreed upon with the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Frame Drop retains ownership of its original project files and working materials. The delivery of final video or photography files does not automatically include the transfer of copyright or ownership of those materials.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, necessary materials, timely feedback, and any permissions or clearances required for content they supply or request to be included in the project.

7. Liability

Frame Drop will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and deliver the agreed work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frame Drop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

本利用規約は、Frame Dropが提供する映像制作、撮影、写真撮影、編集、および関連サービスに適用されます。

1. サービス内容およびお見積もり

業務内容、納品物、スケジュール、および料金は、業務開始前にお客様と合意のうえ決定します。合意した業務範囲に変更が生じた場合、追加料金が発生したり、納期が変更されたりすることがあります。

2. お支払い

お支払い条件は、該当するお見積もりまたは業務契約書に記載します。交通費その他の実費が発生する場合は、事前にお客様にお知らせします。

3. キャンセルおよび日程変更

ご予約のキャンセルまたは日程変更が必要な場合は、できるだけ早くFrame Dropまでご連絡ください。キャンセル料や追加費用については、該当するお見積もりまたは業務契約書で合意した条件に従います。

4. 納品および修正

納品物および納期の目安は、事前に合意のうえ決定します。料金に含まれる修正の範囲は、お見積もりまたは業務契約書に記載します。追加の修正や、合意した業務範囲を超える依頼については、追加料金が発生する場合があります。

5. 著作権および使用権

制作物の著作権および使用権については、お客様と合意のうえ決定します。書面による別段の合意がない限り、Frame Dropは元のプロジェクトファイルおよび制作過程で使用した素材・作業データの権利を保持します。完成した映像や写真の納品によって、それらの著作権や所有権が自動的に移転するものではありません。

6. お客様の責任

お客様は、正確なプロジェクト情報、必要な素材、適時のフィードバック、およびお客様が提供する素材や制作への使用を希望するコンテンツに必要な許可や権利処理を行う責任を負います。

7. 責任

Frame Dropは、専門的なサービスの提供と、合意した制作物の納品に向けて合理的な努力を行います。適用される法令で認められる範囲において、Frame Dropは、サービスの利用に起因する間接的損害または結果的損害について責任を負いません。
